Once you sign up, your card will be charged monthly based on the tier you select. You’ll receive included services each month (like a facial or wax) and exclusive discounts on additional treatments.

Yes — there’s a 3-month minimum to join. After that, you can cancel anytime with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.

No worries! One unused service will roll over for one additional month. After that, if unused, it will expire.

Are specialty treatments like Jet Plasma included?
Specialty services such as Jet Plasma, Hydra Beauty Facial, Nano Needling, Procell treatment and advance chemical peels, are not included in membership tiers and must be booked separately. -
After your initial 3-month commitment, yes! You can cancel with a written notice at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

Membership fees are non-refundable. If you don’t use your included service that month, it will roll over once (for up to 30 days), but no cash or credit refunds will be given.

Absolutely! You can upgrade or change your membership at any time after your 3-month commitment. Just send a request and we’ll adjust your billing and benefits accordingly.
