Frequency Ask Questions

  • Once you sign up, your card will be charged monthly based on the tier you select. You’ll receive included services each month (like a facial or wax) and exclusive discounts on additional treatments.

  • Yes — there’s a 3-month minimum to join. After that, you can cancel anytime with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.

  • No worries! One unused service will roll over for one additional month. After that, if unused, it will expire.

  • Are specialty treatments like Jet Plasma included?
    Specialty services such as Jet Plasma, Hydra Beauty Facial, Nano Needling are not included in membership tiers and must be booked separately.

  • After your initial 3-month commitment, yes! You can cancel with a written notice at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable. If you don’t use your included service that month, it will roll over once (for up to 30 days), but no cash or credit refunds will be given.

  • Absolutely! You can upgrade or change your membership at any time after your 3-month commitment. Just send a request and we’ll adjust your billing and benefits accordingly.
